To minimize impact towards climate change, our business is committed to utilizing our natural resources efficiently and effectively. Sustainable and responsible resource allocation and utilization is our main objective through our environmental projects.

To meet this objective, our company’s environmental sustainability commitment encapsulates three main areas: sustainable material sourcing energy efficiency through utilization of various energy-saving technologies, and zero waste management programs.

The Company is committed towards minimizing negative impact towards the environment and continuously strives to apply greener building and manufacturing concepts. Our Office Building located in the production complex of Mojosongo Boyolali, Central Java has been awarded the Platinum standard by the Green Building Council of Indonesia based on its ‘green building concept’. The company has determined that all new factories, office buildings, and machineries must and will be environmentally friendly in terms of its energy and water usage. We are committed to utilizing at least 30% renewable energy sources across all our 19 entities by 2030.


Energy Saving Features

  • High Performance Glazing, building designed with low SHGC (Solar Heat Gain Coefficient) glazing system and shading devices.
  • Daylight Saving, designed with opening area in the north and south side of the building for daylight access can reduce building energy consumption of lighting system up to 52%.
  • Suspended Lighting and Led System, lighting energy consumption is reduced by reducing artificial lighting use and using energy efficient lighting system. Almost all of working space have a direct access to the window and get daylighting. By using automatic lighting sensor (daylight sensor) for lighting system control, energy consumption for lighting may be reduce more than 50%. LED, an energy efficient light, is used in all working space. By using suspended lighting design, number of lamps can be reduced up to 30% without reducing required illuminance level.
  • Hybrid Cooling System, designed in this building combined air conditioning system and fan system as a cooled air distributor system. By implementing this hybrid system, energy used by air conditioning system for distributing cooled air can be reduced. In the open office area, air conditioning system which is combined with ceiling fans system may reduce energy consumption for cooling up to 12% by setting the room temperature 2 degree above standard (25°C).

Water Conservation Features

  • Rain Water Harvesting, all rain water that falls in the roof is collected and used for irrigation, make up cooling tower, and flushing toilet.
  • Water Recycling, waste water from basin and floor drain are recycled for makeup cooling tower, irrigation, and flushing toilet.
  • Water Efficiency Landscaping, all water used for irrigation system is not from ground water and or municipal waterworks (PDAM).
  • Water Efficient Fixture, using water efficient fixture
