Anya Sapphira is the Vice Chair of Rantai Tekstil Lestari (RTL) and a dedicated advocate for sustainability and responsible business practices in the textile and fashion industry. She currently works in Sustainability and Public Affairs at H&M Group, where she has played a key role in driving stakeholder engagement and sustainable development initiatives across Indonesia. Recently, Anya was promoted to a similar role with a new assignment in Bangladesh, reflecting her growing leadership within the company and her expanding regional impact. At RTL, she brings a valuable global perspective and helps foster cross-sector collaboration to accelerate the transition toward a more sustainable and inclusive textile ecosystem in Indonesia.
