Michael Sung is a member of the Program Committee at Rantai Tekstil Lestari (RTL) and currently serves as a Director at PT Ever Shine Tex Tbk, where he oversees operations in the fabric division, including purchasing and marketing. An Indonesian citizen, Michael graduated from Babson College in 2011 with a degree in Management, majoring in Entrepreneurship and Leadership. He began his career as a consultant at Ernst & Young Indonesia, followed by a role as a Private Equity Analyst at Principal Management Group. He joined PT Ever Shine Tex in 2015 as Operations Manager, was promoted to General Manager in 2016, and has since played a key leadership role within the company. Beyond his professional work, Michael is also active in the Indonesian Entrepreneurial Organization and the John Paul II Indonesia Youth Foundation. Through his role at RTL, he contributes his business and operational expertise to help shape impactful programs that support the sustainable transformation of Indonesia’s textile industry.
