As Vice President of Pan Brothers Tbk, Anne Patricia Sutanto has been a driving force behind one of Indonesia’s largest garment manufacturers and exporters. Since joining the company in 1997, she has brought nearly 25 years of leadership, helping expand operations to 10 subsidiaries and 23 factories. Today, Pan Brothers produces over 130 million garments annually for leading brands across the USA, Europe, and Asia, and employs more than 37,000 workers.
Anne holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and is widely recognized for her commitment to sustainable and responsible business practices. Under her leadership, Pan Brothers has received multiple accolades, including the 2021 TOP CSR Awards and Top CSR Commitment. She was also named a finalist for The Channel News Asia Luminary Award in 2016.
As a member of the RTL Advisory Board, she contributes her deep industry insight and strategic perspective to support collaborative efforts in advancing sustainability across Indonesia’s textile and fashion sector.
