As the official Indonesian branch of Switzerland’s longstanding TESTEX AG (founded in 1846), TESTEX Indonesia is the recognized OEKO‑TEX® representative in Indonesia. With deep roots in global textile testing and certification, TESTEX operates analytical laboratories accredited to ISO 17025, providing services ranging from physical and chemical testing to certifications such as Standard 100, Eco Passport, STeP, and Made in Green. They enable brands and manufacturers to meet strict environmental, health, and social responsibility criteria across the supply chain.

TESTEX plays a critical role in Indonesia’s sustainable textile transformation. The organization assists companies—such as PT Simut Sakti and PT Kinerja Mutiara Persada—in achieving high-level certifications (Eco Passport Level 3, ZDHC compliance, Standard 100) that verify harmful-substance control, eco-credentials, and chemical safety in textile printing and manufacturing. Moreover, in 2025 TESTEX launched its Circularity Label, dedicated to recognizing products designed for durability, repairability, and recyclability—helping close the loop in textile production and supporting emerging circular economy models.
