Bogor, September 23, 2024 – Rantai Tekstil Lestari (RTL) participated in the Industry Associations Meeting (Temu Asosiasi) hosted by the Directorate General of Textile, Leather, and Footwear Industries (Ditjen IKTAK), Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia.

The session, officially titled “Rapat Pembahasan Kinerja dan Ekonomi Sirkular Sektor Industri Tekstil, Kulit, dan Alas Kaki Bersama Asosiasi” (Discussion Meeting on Performance and Circular Economy in the Textile, Leather, and Footwear Industry Sector with Associations), gathered key stakeholders to discuss strategies for advancing sustainable and circular practices in the industry.
Representing RTL, Chairman Basrie Kamba actively contributed to the discussions, sharing insights on the importance of transitioning towards circular economy models to strengthen the resilience and sustainability of Indonesia’s textile sector.
