On August 7, 2025, at Pura Pakualaman, Yogyakarta, Rantai Tekstil Lestari (RTL) and the Indonesian Fashion Design Study Program Association (IMODEA) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This partnership marks a strategic step to unite higher education and the textile & fashion industry in advancing circularity and sustainability.

The Indonesian Fashion Design Study Program Association (IMODEA) is a national association representing fashion design study programs across various higher education institutions in Indonesia. IMODEA is dedicated to advancing fashion education, building stronger industry–academia connections, and advocating for sustainable practices in the fashion sector.
